In order to make our service more satisfactory to you, please read this description carefully after purchasing the equipment.

  • We recommend that after purchasing or installing the equipment, you immediately register the product online, or fill out the product warranty card, take a photo and email it to our company.
  • You must fill in all your user information to ensure your own rights.

Warranty period

Warranty period

  • The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase or shipping. If a product malfunctions under normal use by the customer and is identified as a problem with the product itself, our company will be responsible for repairs within the warranty period.
  • The warranty is limited to the product itself; accessories are not covered by the warranty.

  • One-year warranty: The date the main unit is shipped is the starting date of the warranty.
  • Warranty periods exceeding one year are the responsibility of the distributor.
  • Consumables are not covered by the warranty.

Repair and shipping costs

  1. 1）Apply to our company, original purchasing agent or dealer.
  2. 2）Only after the fault phenomenon is confirmed to be a hardware failure by our company's authorized engineers, can it be replaced through our company, purchasing agent or dealer.
  3. 3）3.If the product is damaged during transportation, the customer will be responsible for it. Please be sure to package and ship it properly.
  4. 4）The owner retains responsibility for all repair products until they reach WONGENY. Shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
  5. 5）The warranty does not cover shipping costs, so if warranty repair is required, the customer must bear the shipping costs or have the contracted warranty company handle it for you.
Within the warranty period

  1. 1.No need to pay maintenance fees for replacement parts and repairs.
  2. 2.The product is delivered to our company, and the freight is borne by the customer.
  3. 3.The company will bear the freight for returning the product to the customer after repair.
Out of warranty period

Out of warranty period

  1. 1.Replacement of parts and repairs require a maintenance fee.
  2. 2.If replacement parts are not available, modification costs will apply after three years from the date of purchase or shipping.
  3. 3.The product is delivered to our company, and the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  4. 4.Our company will bear the shipping cost for returning the product to the customer after repair.

Non-warranty

If the company determines that the following factors are involved, the company will not provide warranty even within the warranty period. The company will have the right to charge fees at its own discretion or refuse to accept the application.

  1. 1）No product registration record.
  2. 2）Damage to products caused by humans.
  3. 3）The warranty sticker has been changed or torn off.
  4. 4）Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, voltage abnormalities, environmental factors and other force majeure disasters and human negligence.
  5. 5）Placing it in a damp place or entering or immersing it in water may cause corrosion of the internal circuit boards.
  6. 6）New product returns and exchanges must indicate the store, item number, date, and confirm the cause of the defect.
  7. 7）Improper repairs, modifications or adjustments to parts, etc.
  8. 8）Failure or damage caused by movement or dropping after purchase.
  9. 9）Failure and damage occurring after the warranty period.
  10. 10）Avoid strong impact and heavy pressure, which will cause damage to the electronic components of the product.
  11. 11）Appearance scratches, peeling paint, or damage caused by natural disasters or human factors are not covered by the warranty and will not be replaced. However, you can decide whether to repair or replace consumables at your own expense.
