Auto Organoid Workstation
The system performs precise counting to ensure the number and viability of organoids seeded in each well are highly consistent, laying a solid foundation for high-quality data.

A robotic arm precisely mixes organoids with matrix gel on a chilled platform and automatically dispenses uniform droplets for plating, eliminating human error.
After plating, the temperature rises to 37°C to facilitate rapid matrix gel solidification. Subsequently, the system seamlessly adds pre-warmed culture medium and transfers the plate to an integrated incubator to start standardized culture.
Precise Drug Handling & Incubation
Based on predefined protocols, the system automatically prepares a series of high-precision drug concentration gradients from the stock solution, ensuring accurate dosing.
A robotic arm precisely removes the old medium and replaces it with new medium containing different drug concentrations. The entire process is sterile and disturbance-free, ensuring optimal organoid conditions.
After drug addition, the culture plate is automatically returned to the incubator for programmed incubation lasting days to weeks. Environmental parameters (temperature, CO₂) are stably controlled throughout the process.
Multidimensional Drug Efficacy Reading & Intelligent Analysis
After incubation, the system automatically adds various viability detection reagents (e.g., CCK-8, CellTiter-Glo®), compatible with UV, chemiluminescence, and fluorescence reading modes.
The integrated high-performance microplate reader automatically performs multi-mode signal acquisition, ensuring data sensitivity and dynamic range.
The system soft ware automatically analyzes raw data, generates dose-response curves in real time, calculates key efficacy indicators such as IC50/IC90, and outputs structured reports that seamlessly interface with LIMS systems.
